Many, if non most of us, see these positions as being held by men. In this essay, I will explain why women are shut away not equal to men. Thirdly, I will explain the differences in education and home life. The United States still seems to be reluctant, to grant true equality, even though we are approaching the twenty-first century, women are still not equal to men. In the workplace, women do not become the like benefits that men do.Some women do the same job, for the same amount of hours, and still do not receive the same pay for their work. Is there a specific reason behind this? No, it is just matchless of the many inequalities that goes on the job.
